Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides group behavioral interventions in a clinical setting for children and youth from 2 to 21 years-old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders. BHT-ABA staff work with participants under the supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Working as part of a clinical team helping to positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families

Education & Qualifications
Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) OR Registered Behavior Technician OR Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) OR have a High School Diploma and have completed or be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT training OR have a High School Diploma or the equivalent, at least 2 years' experience as a BHT, and have completed or be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT Training
