The Family Based Mental Health Professional is a member of the Family Based Mental Health Program and provides therapy to children, adolescents, and their families in the home and community settings.

This position provides critical support services within the outpatient mental health and substance use programs to treat individuals with mental health, substance use or co-occurring disorders. The therapist will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, and along with maintaining documentation standards. Individuals served can range from age 5 and up. This role requires flexibility and time management skills to meet the needs of individuals served. 

Compensation 55k-75k annually.

The Director of Finance provides a critical service component for the Finance Department as to the oversight of the finance, accounting and reporting activities of Familylinks. In addition, the Director of Finance will work collaboratively with the Chief Financial Officer, senior leadership, and the Human Resource/Information Technology Departments to support collaboration of the Finance, HR and IT functions.

The Housing Resource Specialist provides direct care services to Familylinks at risk youth and young adults 18-24 years of age. The Housing Resource Specialists duties include needs assessment, goal setting, case management, Housing searches, and referrals and resource connections.

The Housing Resource Specialist is primarily responsible for connecting clients to Housing resources to aid in securing and maintaining housing. The Housing Resource Specialist will provide various options for supporting clients through partnerships and connections to community resources.

Position Summary

The School-Based Mental Health Therapist provides a bridge between mental well-being and education. This role provides group and individual therapy services, crisis management and participates as a member of the individual’s treatment team. The School-Based Mental Health Therapist works with students in the school system to assist in decreasing behavioral and emotional barriers that can impact learning, social development, and positive communication skills. Individuals generally can range from kindergarten to twelfth grade. This role requires flexibility and time management skills to schedule assessments and sessions within the school day schedule. Compensation: Up to $55k annually.
