Full-Time $75,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary
Position Summary
The Executive Director of Vintage is responsible for the leadership, overall management, and operations of senior services at Vintage Center for Active Adults. This role involves developing and administering all program and operational activities of the program. The Executive Director collaborates with the Familylinks Leadership Team and the Vintage Board of Directors to establish goals and strategies that advance the organizational mission and strategic direction. Additionally, the Executive Director is accountable for creating and managing Vintage's annual budget, including fundraising through grants, contracts, and donor relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages all revenue, including leading all development efforts, including grant writing, contract negotiations, and donor engagement to ensure financial viability of program.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Vintage, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to agency policies, legal mandates, and regulatory/contract requirements.
- Collaborate with the Familylinks CFO and Finance Department to develop annual operating and capital budgets.
- Prepare and submit all internal and external administrative reports to funding sources and community organizations.
- Provide leadership to the team, making recommendations for hiring, promotions, and discharges in accordance with organizational policies.
- Lead the development of new programs, modifications, or discontinuation of current programs to a ensure a vibrant mix of programming to support the needs of participants.
- Identify and generate new funding sources and service lines to support organizational growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with Vintage's Board of Directors, which includes leading ongoing Board engagement to help Vintage meet its strategic goals.

- Serve as a member of the Familylinks Leadership Team, providing strategic leadership and agency-wide connection with FLs policies and strategies.
- Ensure prudent use of program resources, including efficient management and appropriate supervision.
- Develop and implement annual Program Evaluation, Quality Improvement Plans, and program reports.
- Communicate effectively with the Board, providing necessary information for the Board to function properly.
- Maintain accreditation and licensing of assigned services/programs as applicable.
General Supervision
- Approve all timecards, time off requests and expense reports in a timely fashion (24 hour turnaround).
- Prepare and participate in performance review process.
- Responsible for personnel management, competency development, and coaching of staff.
General Assignments
- Record time and attendance via Human Resources Information Systems and Timekeeping system as applicable.
- Attend meetings/training as requested/required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures, including those related to maintaining client confidentiality such as HIPAA.
Education & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human services or related field with five or more years of management experience preferred.
- Ability to create and manage operational budgets.
- Experience in understanding the dynamics of growth and development of services and programs.
- Must be able to relate to older adults as well as represent the organization to a variety of external organizations, government representatives, and other stakeholders to promote senior services.
- Excellent written and verbal skills including doing presentations or media events.
- Global thinker with demonstrated critical-thinking skills.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to translate data and information.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and customized databases.
- Support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.

Working Conditions
- This position is based in at the Vintage location. At times may be necessary to travel to other Familylinks locations for training and meetings.
